Starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp
Costume Design by Colleen Atwood
Produced by GK Films and Tim Headington
Colleen Atwood’s artistic interpretation was displayed beautifully in The Tourist. The costumes were timeless and chic. Salvatore Ferragamo designed a shoe collection for Angelina Jolie’s character Elise, who wears a total of 12 outfits throughout the film.
“My inspiration for Elise’s costumes were the Hitchcock movies: minimal elegance… I’ve always loved a glove, and was filming in the land of fine gloves, so I used a fine suede glove to finish the look.”

1. Beat the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until they’re smooth
2. Warm the milk in a pan over a low heat. Meanwhile, whisk the egg white until it’s bouncy but not too stiff
3. Whisk the cream for 1 minute to thicken slightly. Gradually add the yolk mixture to the milk, gently whisking as you pour. Pour in the cream, then the egg white
4. Take off the heat and stir in the brandy. Pour into glasses, making sure there is some froth on top
4. Draw a heart on a piece of baking paper and cut it out. Rest the heart cut-out on top of 1 eggnog glass and carefully grate nutmeg over to create a heart shape (repeat with remaining eggnogs)
